Couples therapy offers a space to slow down, reflect, and understand relationship patterns in a new way—supporting communication, emotional connection, and repair.
My work with couples is informed by Gottman Method principles (Level II trained) and is designed for couples at many stages of their relationship, whether dating, engaged, or in a long-term partnership. Therapy focuses on strengthening communication, navigating conflict more effectively, and rebuilding intimacy through guided conversations and practical, research-based tools that support insight, skill-building, and connection both in and between sessions.
