Personal growth can mean feeling more confident in your worth, more comfortable expressing your needs, and more free to be yourself in relationships. It can also mean reconnecting with your preferences, values, and hopes—and giving them space in the life you’re building. Greater self-esteem and internal confidence can help you approach connection with more openness and trust in yourself.
Perhaps you recognize patterns of second-guessing yourself, putting others first, or keeping the peace at your own expense. Together, we can explore the experiences and beliefs that shape these patterns and work toward greater freedom in how you respond. Our work can support clearer boundaries, a stronger sense of self, and more authentic relationships—where you can experience closeness while staying connected to who you are.
Together, we’ll explore the experiences, beliefs, and relationship patterns that influence how you see yourself and connect with others. My approach integrates EMDR and trauma-informed psychotherapy, with attention to your strengths, goals, and pace. EMDR may help us address past experiences that continue to shape your sense of worth or expectations in relationships. Our work creates space for greater self-trust, freedom from familiar patterns, and connection that allows you to be fully yourself.
I offer both weekly therapy and EMDR Intensives. Weekly sessions provide ongoing space for exploration, processing, and putting new insights into practice. Intensives offer dedicated, extended time to focus on specific experiences, beliefs, or patterns you’re ready to address. You can also begin with weekly therapy and consider an Intensive as our work develops.
