Understanding Brain Health

My Approach

At Jessica Muñoz Cohan Psychotherapy, I integrate EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and other trauma-informed interventions to address the emotional and psychological challenges that often accompany brain injuries. Therapy may focus on reducing stress, improving emotional regulation, and addressing trauma symptoms that can worsen cognitive difficulties. When helpful, I collaborate with medical professionals — including neurologists — to ensure you receive comprehensive care for both mind and body.
